Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage front desk activity by coordinating guest check-ins, handling messages, and maintaining an orderly reception area.
• Provide administrative support through document preparation, data entry, scheduling assistance, and routine office coordination.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to create correspondence, update records, manage calendars, and prepare basic reports or presentations.
• Monitor office communications and respond to general requests promptly to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Organize files, maintain accurate administrative records, and assist with clerical tasks that support internal departments.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including room preparation, calendar updates, and distribution of relevant materials.
• Support ongoing office processes and assist with additional administrative assignments as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Experience handling front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily assignments effectively.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and dependable attendance in a business environment.
Compensation
