What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a small accounting team
- Participate in and review month-end close activities
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and account reviews
- Partner with leadership on accounting and reporting initiatives
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Serve in a true player-coach capacity, balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with leadership and review functions

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close
- CPA or public accounting experience is a plus
Compensation
