Marketing Ops | Project Improvement
Responsibilities:
• Partner with two cross-functional teams to improve alignment, strengthen communication, and create more efficient ways of working together.
• Review current workflow patterns to identify bottlenecks, clarify handoffs, and recommend process enhancements that support smoother project execution.
• Lead and organize project intake activities, ensuring requests are evaluated consistently and routed effectively.
• Develop and maintain structured project management practices that increase visibility, accountability, and operational consistency.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical process improvements.
• Track ongoing initiatives, monitor progress against priorities, and help teams stay focused on delivery goals.
• Document workflows, procedures, and recommendations to support repeatable execution and long-term operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Experience in project management within marketing operations, digital projects, or a related business environment.• Demonstrated success driving process improvement or business process optimization across team-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of project intake methods and the ability to establish organized, scalable intake processes.
• Ability to assess end-to-end workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.
• Skilled at collaborating with multiple stakeholders and guiding teams through operational changes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced Contract role within a high-tech engineering setting.
Compensation
