Executive Assistant
We are partnering with a respected higher education organization in Pittsburgh to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and governance operations. This is a fully onsite opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can confidently manage high-level responsibilities.

Contract-to-hire
Pay: $30-$33/hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Arrange travel and oversee logistics for executive events and meetings
Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and executive briefing documents
Support board and committee activities, including meeting preparation and follow-up
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate special projects, events, and organizational initiatives
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with office operations, reporting, and administrative processes as needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong calendar management, scheduling, and coordination experience
Experience supporting senior executives, c-suite leaders, or boards preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and exercise sound judgment
Experience in higher education or a complex organizational environment is a plus
