What You'll Do


As a Senior Associate, you'll work closely with senior leadership while partnering with both Corporate Accounting and Operations in a highly visible, cross-functional role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the monthly financial close process
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze financial results and prepare management reporting
  • Monitor operating expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Collaborate with leadership across multiple business functions

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA and or actively pursuing your CPA license is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of public accounting, audit or tax, fund accounting or corporate accounting experience working closely with the general ledger for a large organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with a major ERP system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
