What You'll Do
As a Senior Associate, you'll work closely with senior leadership while partnering with both Corporate Accounting and Operations in a highly visible, cross-functional role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with the monthly financial close process
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and prepare management reporting
- Monitor operating expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
- Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Collaborate with leadership across multiple business functions

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA and or actively pursuing your CPA license is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of public accounting, audit or tax, fund accounting or corporate accounting experience working closely with the general ledger for a large organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with a major ERP system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
