High Volume Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Drive recruitment efforts for a large number of hourly openings across manufacturing, warehouse, customer support, and assembly functions.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings through offer preparation and pre-employment coordination.
• Build candidate pipelines using job boards and recruiting tools, with a primary emphasis on Indeed for active sourcing.
• Partner regularly with hiring managers to align on staffing priorities, candidate profiles, and interview decisions.
• Support hiring needs for an assigned site while remaining available to assist with recruitment activity in other locations when business demands shift.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting platforms.
• Help move candidates efficiently through an accelerated hiring process designed for high-volume operational roles.
• Contribute to overall team hiring coverage during a period of reduced recruiting capacity and evolving workforce needs.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including responsibility for full-cycle hiring activities.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for hourly or operations-focused positions.
• Experience sourcing candidates through online recruiting channels such as Indeed and other talent platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and competing priorities at once.
• Comfort working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools.
• Effective communication skills for screening candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Adaptability and willingness to support shifting hiring demands across teams or locations.3
