HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for employee exit meetings and confirm arrangements with departing team members and HR staff.
• Lead exit interview conversations using approved formats while maintaining a respectful approach.
• Capture employee feedback accurately and organize documentation in HR systems and tracking files.
• Maintain confidential offboarding records and ensure all materials are stored appropriately and updated on time.
• Support separation-related paperwork and assist with additional HR administrative duties as needed.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and exiting employees to keep the offboarding process on track.
• Review completed documentation for accuracy and follow up on missing details to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, human resources, recruiting, or customer-facing office work.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for scheduling, documentation, and record tracking.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comfort conducting structured conversations and documenting responses in an objective manner.
• Familiarity with HR administration, HRIS tools, onboarding or offboarding processes, background checks, or compliance-related tasks is preferred.
Compensation
