Specialty Recruiter Intermediate
Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business priorities.
• Identify and attract talent with relevant experience through sourcing channels, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Review applications, assess candidate backgrounds, and guide prospects through each stage of the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain clear communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare recruitment reports, track activity metrics, and use tools such as Microsoft Office and Oracle to support workflow management.
• Ensure hiring practices follow internal policies and established procedures while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support offer discussions and negotiation steps to help move selected candidates through the final stages of hiring.
• Contribute to recruiting presentations, process updates, and other administrative tasks that support talent acquisition operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources administration.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other standard business applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of hiring processes, candidate evaluation, and sourcing techniques.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative recruiting tasks.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment within financial services or other corporate environments is preferred.
Compensation
