Human Resources Director

Compensation: $31.35 to $36.30 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to support core HR operations for a long-term contract opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina. This position focuses on administering employee records, coordinating compliance-related documentation, and managing key processes such as screening procedures, benefits support, and legal correspondence. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and hands-on experience handling HR administrative functions in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily human resources administrative activities to ensure accurate records, timely follow-up, and consistent support for employees and leadership.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and maintenance of employment-related legal forms and other sensitive HR documentation.
• Manage screening processes by initiating screenings, tracking results, and ensuring all hiring documentation is completed properly.
• Handle HR-related legal correspondence with discretion, maintaining clear communication and organized documentation.
• Support employee benefit functions, including enrollment assistance, updates, and responses to routine benefits questions.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records in alignment with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address administrative HR matters and help keep employment processes running efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a closely related HR leadership support role.
• Practical experience working with legal forms, employment documentation, and confidential personnel records.
• Familiarity with coordinating and monitoring candidate screening procedures.
• Ability to prepare and manage detail-oriented legal correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
• Working knowledge of employee benefit administration and related support activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Compensation

$31.35-$36.30 Hourly
