Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Welcome visitors, manage front-desk interactions, and provide dependable receptionist support.
• Monitor inventory levels for office materials and arrange timely purchasing of needed supplies.
• Keep supply storage areas organized and maintain availability of essential office items.
• Scan, file, and organize business documents to support accurate recordkeeping and easy retrieval.
• Maintain departmental records and ensure administrative documents are updated and properly stored.
• Assist with general administrative duties that support internal teams and office operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting office administration in a business environment with strong attention to detail.• Ability to manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Comfortable handling reception responsibilities and interacting with visitors courteously.
• Proficiency in scanning, filing, and organizing documents with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate departmental records and administrative files.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a dependable work style.
Compensation
