Treasury Analyst

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and treasury operations in a detail-oriented services environment in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage account activity accurately, contribute to cash planning, and work closely with cross-functional partners to keep financial processes running smoothly. The role will also support audit-related requests and assist with special projects as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank accounts and treasury-related balances each day to ensure accurate financial records and timely issue resolution.
• Apply incoming cash transactions correctly and investigate discrepancies to maintain clean and current account activity.
• Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow projections to support funding decisions and operational planning.
• Coordinate and process funding activities while monitoring cash positions across accounts.
• Respond to documentation and reporting requests from external and internal audit teams in a timely and organized manner.
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to improve visibility into treasury activity and support ongoing operational needs.
• Use treasury platforms, including Kyriba, to manage transactions, reporting, and cash oversight effectively.
• Contribute to additional treasury initiatives and ad hoc assignments, including process-related projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a closely related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, account reconciliations, and cash application processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain cash flow forecasts with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems, including experience with Kyriba.
• Comfortable supporting audit requests and working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to resolve exceptions efficiently.
• Effective communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
