Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer questions in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, provide updates, and confirm next steps with customers.
• Assist customers with service-related concerns, account questions, and general inquiries while delivering a positive experience.
• Enter customer information, service details, and updates into internal records with a high level of accuracy.
• Draft and respond to email communications clearly and promptly to support customer needs and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments or service interactions based on customer requests and business needs.
• Process order-related information and complete administrative tasks required to support daily customer service operations.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain documentation, track activity, and support reporting needs.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for verbal and written customer communication.• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone activity in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable handling email correspondence and documenting customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and provide dependable follow-through.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Compensation
