Administrative Assistant
Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is 100% on site and is instrumental in managing executive operations, coordinating board activities, and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Manage calendars, correspondence, and day-to-day communications
Act as liaison to the Board of Directors:
Prepare board packets, agendas, reports, and meeting materials
Record and maintain accurate meeting minutes and board records
Track board member participation and coordinate signatures
Coordinate and schedule board, committee, and internal meetings
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Track organizational deadlines, reporting requirements, and key deliverables
Assist with contract tracking and documentation management
Support special projects, reporting, and data tracking initiatives
Arrange travel, meetings, and conference logistics for leadership
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks as needed
Serve as point of contact for insurance administration
Ensure strict confidentiality across all organizational matters
Key Skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting administrative or office operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership and board members.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage shifting priorities, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Experience with administrative support functions such as data entry, office coordination, reception coverage, or handling inbound calls.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a high level of discretion when working with sensitive information.
