Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Work with company leadership to shape and carry out human resources strategies that support operational goals across U.S. manufacturing teams.
• Monitor employment law updates, HR trends, and emerging practices, then translate those developments into practical guidance, policies, and recommendations for leaders.
• Design and implement HR programs, internal procedures, and training efforts that address business needs, workforce trends, and regulatory obligations.
• Investigate employee concerns in a timely manner, determine appropriate next steps, and help drive fair and effective resolution.
• Review workforce data, key metrics, and HR reports to identify patterns, support decisions, and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
• Build productive partnerships with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, business-focused HR support.
• Provide direction for HR activities across multiple facilities while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and expectations.
• Lead and support HR and safety or compliance personnel to maintain adherence to company policies and workplace requirements.
• Oversee core programs related to employee relations, performance discussions, talent development, recruiting support, benefits administration, and organizational change initiatives.
• Prepare compliance records, KPI summaries, and other HR documentation while coordinating with departments to provide reliable HR services.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, including 5 or more years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting operational teams in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environments.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and standard HR compliance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues, identify underlying causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Proven skill in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, benefits support, and HR information systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience in a multi-state environment.
- Experience with H2B and L1 VISA programs is desirable.
- Exposure to a global organization is a plus.
- Travel up to 30%.
Compensation
