Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule a large number of interviews across different time zones while ensuring a detail-focused and seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee interview logistics from start to finish, including calendar coordination, confirmations, updates, rescheduling needs, and distribution of preparation materials.
• Keep candidate records current and accurate within the applicant tracking system, with a strong focus on data quality and process consistency.
• Assist with virtual and onsite hiring events, interview days, and broader recruitment campaigns that support high-volume hiring needs.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain recruiting activity reports to support compliance, accuracy, and visibility into hiring progress.
• Provide coordination support for offers, background screening steps, and onboarding activities as needed.
• Recommend and support workflow improvements that increase efficiency, reduce delays, and strengthen the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, staffing operations, or another fast-paced administrative environment.• Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling and recruiting activity with strong attention to deadlines and detail.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Avature is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and the careful handling of sensitive information.
• Experience supporting large-scale hiring efforts, recruitment events, or field-based/operations hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards such as Power BI is a plus.
