HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Manage interview calendars, confirm logistics, and keep candidates informed throughout each stage of the hiring process.
• Support recruiting efforts by maintaining candidate records, coordinating interview activity, and assisting with sourcing-related administration.
• Oversee the HR team inbox by responding to employee questions, directing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist with performance review cycles by tracking deadlines, organizing documentation, and helping maintain completion records.
• Prepare recurring labor and HR reports, ensuring data is accurate and available for internal review.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and other administrative activities tied to HR programs and team operations.
• Create and distribute employee communications related to benefits, including 401(k) enrollment materials and internal memos.
• Review benefits invoices, help resolve discrepancies, and support ongoing benefits administration tasks.
• Audit commuter benefit deductions in Paylocity and monitor employment authorization records such as visa expirations and I-94 updates to support compliance.
• Maintain organized employee files and provide additional operational and project support across the HR function as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or a similar human resources role.• Hands-on experience scheduling interviews and assisting with recruiting workflows from outreach through coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking, reporting, and administrative support.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR or similar platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to benefits administration, HR compliance, employee records management, or employment authorization tracking is a plus.
