Senior Accountant
A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and help drive efficient financial processes. This role will be fully responsible for month-end close activities, account reconciliations, payroll support, AP/AR, financial reporting, project accounting, and process improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Maintain audit-ready financial records
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support project accounting and operational finance initiatives

Qualifications:
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting or financial operations experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong Excel and QuickBooks experience
- Project accounting, service-based environments, or government contracting experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Compensation
