Payroll Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Process complete payroll cycles for employees across multiple states while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, review earnings and deductions, and resolve discrepancies before finalizing each pay period.
• Use ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll transactions, validate employee data, and generate payroll-related reports.
• Monitor tax withholdings, garnishments, benefits deductions, and other payroll changes to ensure proper application in each payroll run.
• Partner with internal teams to address payroll questions, investigate issues, and provide clear resolution to employees and managers.
• Support payroll activities for a workforce of more than 500 employees while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and documentation requests to help maintain accurate payroll reporting and internal controls.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle payroll from preparation through final reconciliation.• Background processing payroll for employees in multiple states with knowledge of related compliance considerations.
• Hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll administration tools.
• Experience handling payroll for large employee populations, including organizations with over 500 employees.
• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and recordkeeping practices.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and discretion when working with confidential payroll information.
• Ability to analyze payroll issues, solve problems efficiently, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Compensation
