Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming landline calls, especially during peak seasonal periods, and direct inquiries efficiently.
• Provide front desk coverage when the regular receptionist is unavailable due to absence or scheduled time off.
• Deliver courteous and detail-oriented service to customers while responding to questions and routing requests appropriately.
• Assist the service department with day-to-day administrative work, including general office support and data entry tasks.
• Work closely with service team members to learn workflows, procedures, and department expectations.
• Train alongside service coordinators to help maintain coverage when other team members are out of the office.
• Complete additional clerical and administrative assignments between calls to help keep office operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a busy office setting.
• Experience handling inbound calls with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable collaborating with a team and providing support to more than one department.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and internal procedures.
• Strong administrative skills, including data entry and general office coordination.
• Previous experience in a commercial or service-related environment is preferred.
