Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including organizing records, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate office information.
• Serve as a front-office point of contact by answering inbound calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Perform data entry and general clerical support to help ensure office operations run efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate errands and off-site tasks as needed, using reliable personal transportation to support business needs.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and routine office communications in a timely and organized manner.
• Provide receptionist support while helping maintain a welcoming and well-organized workplace.
• Contribute written content, summaries, or other materials when needed, using clear and creative written communication.
• Support administrative needs related to business operations and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, reception, or a similar business environment.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, managing front-desk responsibilities, and handling general office tasks.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy, organization, and detail.
• Knowledge of or interest in photography, art, or art history.
• Familiarity with component-level electronics assembly, including low-voltage, standard-voltage, and signal cable organization.
• Effective written communication skills, including the ability to produce thoughtful and creative content.
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to complete local errands as part of the role.
• Detail-oriented demeanor, sound judgment, and a positive sense of humor.
Compensation
