Assistant Property Manager

We have a wonderful opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Do you love helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have a position for you!

Major responsibilities

- Assist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

- Organize insurance requirements

- Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership

- Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs

- Attend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases

- Gather monthly rent and fees

- Prepare budgets, financial documents and other reports

Qualifications:

- Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation

- Excellent computer competencies and interpersonal skills are essential

- Experience in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred

$26.60-$30.80 Hourly
