Administrative Assistant
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established art gallery and advisory firm to identify a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant for their Las Vegas showroom. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily gallery operations while serving as a welcoming point of contact for clients, artists, vendors, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the gallery.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Welcome clients, artists, and visitors to the showroom.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and assist with logistics tracking.
- Maintain inventory records and update information within the company's inventory management platform.
- Assist with administrative projects, presentations, and documentation.
- Support the preparation of client materials and special gallery projects.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications to support business operations.
- Ensure the gallery remains organized and operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative, office support, customer service, or coordinator experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or logistics coordination is a plus.
- Interest in art, design, galleries, or creative industries is highly preferred.
Compensation
