Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Gather and define business and system needs by working closely with stakeholders to clarify objectives, constraints, and expected outcomes.
• Produce well-structured requirement documents, functional specifications, and supporting analysis artifacts that guide project execution.
• Convert operational needs and technical concerns into practical, clearly documented solutions for project teams and business partners.
• Maintain oversight of requirement changes, facilitate review sessions, and ensure approvals are captured throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and update process models, domain analysis materials, wireframes, business rules, and related documentation to support solution design.
• Contribute to multiple project efforts by tracking scope, updating key documents, monitoring priorities, and supporting timely completion of milestones.
• Partner with designers, architects, and testing teams to confirm that proposed solutions and test coverage remain consistent with approved requirements.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing activities, including validation of results and follow-up on identified issues.
• Support detailed systems design work by defining configuration needs, functional behavior, and data migration rules where required.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners while escalating risks or blockers through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.• Demonstrated experience in business analysis within structured project environments.
• Hands-on background creating functional specifications, business requirement documents, and validation-related deliverables.
• Familiarity with BusinessObjects technologies and business analysis tools used to support reporting or enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of foundations and EC-related modules in enterprise system environments.
• Ability to work with configuration elements such as user exits, packages, class attributes, and triggers.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with technical teams.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation
