Sales Account Executive
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through research, industry networking, trade events, directories, and digital lead sources.
• Meet with customers to assess current challenges, anticipate future needs, and recommend packaging solutions that support their objectives.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, including site visits and facility walkthroughs, to showcase capabilities and build client confidence.
• Partner with customers on onboarding, training, and agreement coordination to support a smooth start to the business relationship.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and internal teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled and service expectations are consistently achieved.
• Address client concerns promptly by investigating issues, coordinating resolution efforts, and maintaining strong account relationships.
• Monitor market activity, customer feedback, and industry developments to uncover trends and strengthen sales strategy.
• Lead commercial discussions with customers regarding pricing, product specifications, and delivery expectations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare quotes, maintain accurate sales and order records, and evaluate performance against established sales goals on a regular basis.
• Stay in contact with suppliers and other partners to track order progress and provide customers with timely updates as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or account management.• Background in consultative selling with the ability to understand customer needs and present practical business solutions.
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and service terms while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
• Clear presentation and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and build credibility with clients.
• Self-motivated approach with a strong drive to achieve results and work independently in a target-focused environment.
• Strategic thinking skills and the ability to contribute positively within a collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
• Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or the folding carton industry is preferred.
Compensation
