Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and detail-oriented work environment
• Manage purchasing activities for office materials and track supply levels to prevent shortages
• Maintain organized administrative processes and support general office needs across the team
• Handle front-desk coverage, greet visitors, and assist with incoming calls and routine inquiries
• Support accounts payable activities by organizing invoices, preparing documentation, and assisting with payment workflows
• Monitor office inventory and work with vendors to keep essential resources available
• Help maintain orderly records, schedules, and correspondence related to office administration
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role• Working knowledge of office operations, supply coordination, and front-desk support
• Experience assisting with accounts payable processes and invoice handling
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with staff and visitors
• Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Compensation
