Transportation Host

We are looking for a Transportation Host to support a high-energy hospitality environment in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating smooth, memorable guest experiences while coordinating front-desk activity, transportation support, and on-site hospitality services. The ideal candidate brings a service-first mindset, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and works effectively with sales, marketing, and transportation teams.

Responsibilities

• Meets Guests at designated locations.
• Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
• Walk guests to and from the sales centers.
• Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following company culture.
• Checks and corrects manifested tours daily for accurate transportation pick-up.
• Keeps track of daily gas receipts.
• Ensure timely transportation pickups are communicated.
• Greet customers, vendors, guests and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.
• Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

·      Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

·      Are you proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

·      Do you have strong communication skills with the ability to convey need, urgency and resolution.

·      Open availability – work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
