MS Dynamics CRM (CE) Techno-Functional Sr Consultant

We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM (CE) Techno-Functional Sr Consultantto support a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CE environment in New York, NY. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a techno-functional consultant who can operate with minimal supervision, translate business needs into effective solutions, and serve as a trusted lead in a standalone consulting capacity. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with functional analysis, requiring strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to drive outcomes independently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics CE cloud solutions to meet business objectives.

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, transforming business needs into practical system capabilities.

• Build and maintain client-side scripting and API-based integrations to extend platform functionality and improve data flow across systems.

• Provide techno-functional guidance by balancing application configuration with custom development where needed.

• Manage solution changes through structured configuration management practices to maintain stability, traceability, and quality.

• Produce and refine business requirement documentation, functional specifications, and related implementation artifacts.

• Troubleshoot complex application issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements, testing activities, and any platform-related transition work as assigned.MS Dynamics CRM (CE) Techno-Functional Sr Consultant

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE in a cloud-based environment.
• Proven ability to function independently as the primary consultant on an engagement or project.
• Strong techno-functional expertise, including both business process understanding and hands-on system delivery.
• Experience creating business requirement documents and translating requirements into solution designs.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development for platform customization and integration.
• Solid understanding of configuration management principles and controlled deployment practices.
• Background in CRM or enterprise application consulting with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development is helpful in environments involving multiple CRM platforms.

Compensation

$65.00-$75.00 Hourly
