HR Director
Responsibilities:
• Direct human resources activities across the organization, ensuring consistent support for employees and leaders.
• Advise on employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and a balanced approach to problem-solving.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.
• Manage benefits-related processes and help employees understand available programs and policies.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts with departmental leaders to support timely and effective hiring decisions.
• Partner with management on performance discussions, employee development planning, and review cycles.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation while supporting compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, strengthen systems, and improve the overall employee experience.
Qualifications:
• Hard requirements for this role
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Marketing or advertising industry experience
At least 7 years of progressive human resources experience, including substantial exposure to operations and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR regulations, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
• Background supporting performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and learning or development programs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative, advertising, marketing, or comparable business environment.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms and performance tools, including AI-enabled systems.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration, HR compliance, and payroll processes such as ADP.
• Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across the organization.
Compensation
