Corporate Paralegal Assistant
Our client a established corporation in the Pittsburgh area is seeking Paralegal / Corporate Legal Assistant to support executive leadership and oversee a wide range of corporate legal and compliance functions.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to senior executives and interacting regularly with division leadership across multiple states. Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Manage annual corporate filings, state registrations, business licenses, and ongoing corporate compliance across multiple states.
- Prepare, review, and maintain corporate records, deeds, legal correspondence, and other legal documentation.
- Review real estate documents prior to recording and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and assist with Master Service Agreements and other commercial contracts.
- Coordinate contractor licensing and maintain compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
- Assist with registering and maintaining corporate entities in new and existing jurisdictions.
- Support business expansion efforts, including coordinating payroll registrations and state compliance requirements for new markets.
- Maintain organized legal files and corporate records through document management systems.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, business partners, government agencies, vendors, and internal leadership.
- Provide executive-level administrative and legal support to senior leadership as needed while acting as a trusted representative when executives are unavailable.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and Division Presidents on legal and corporate matters throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Paralegal, Corporate Legal Assistant, supporting legal or executive teams.
- Understanding of corporate governance, business entity management, corporate filings, or legal compliance.
- Experience reviewing legal documents, contracts, deeds, or real estate documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation
