🔍 What You’ll Do

Be a key financial leader across the organization:

• Lead month-end and year-end close with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and deliver financial statements and executive reporting
• Supervise and mentor a high-performing accounting team
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic insights
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting
• Oversee audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors
• Optimize cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships

Qualifications:

🎯 What You Bring

We’re looking for a strong leader with both technical depth and business acumen:

• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience and 5+ years leading teams and developing talent
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and controls
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
• ERP experience (Epicor a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High integrity and attention to detail

🎓 Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• CPA preferred (or in progress)

Compensation

$125,000.00-$145,000.00 Yearly
