Payroll Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on schedule for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees.
• Prepare and submit union payroll reports while ensuring compliance with applicable labor agreement requirements.
• Complete certified payroll documentation and maintain thorough records to support audits and project reporting needs.
• Handle multi-state payroll activities, including earnings, deductions, and jurisdiction-specific tax considerations.
• Review payroll data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate corrections in a timely manner.
• Support payroll tax administration by helping ensure proper withholding, reporting, and payment activities.
• Work within payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and assist with payroll-related processes tied to current and future platforms.
• Maintain organized payroll documentation and provide responsive support to internal stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle payroll in a business environment that requires strong attention to detail.• Background processing payroll for employee populations ranging from 101 to 500 employees.
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll practices and related compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing union reporting and certified payroll documentation.
• Familiarity with payroll tax processes, including withholding and reporting obligations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
• Ability to work onsite in Finleyville, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday.
• Preferred: postsecondary education or related training in payroll, accounting, or a similar field.
Compensation
