Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join a busy transportation-focused hiring team in Ohio. This contract position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced recruiting and compliance staff in a collaborative, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organization, and sourcing skills to support high-volume hiring needs. This role is well suited for someone who is self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, corporate recruiting, or high-volume talent acquisition.
• Ability to source candidates effectively and maintain a steady pipeline for open roles.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and comfort learning new recruiting software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and engaging approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Compensation

$23.00-$25.00 Hourly
