Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, policy details, account activity, and insurance products through a high-volume service environment.
• Review member information thoroughly and complete updates such as beneficiary changes, coverage adjustments, and payment method revisions with accuracy.
• Investigate customer concerns, assess available information, and determine appropriate solutions for more involved service situations.
• Document interactions clearly and maintain detailed records to support account accuracy and service continuity.
• Navigate multiple systems and Microsoft Office tools to access information, process requests, and manage follow-up tasks efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls professionally while providing clear guidance and a positive experience for policyholders and clients.
• Support payment-related requests and general account servicing needs in alignment with established procedures and quality expectations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a client-facing service role.• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and respond with clarity and empathy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed account information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Sound problem-solving skills and good judgment when addressing customer questions or escalated concerns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence working across multiple computer systems at the same time.
• Detail-oriented approach to customer interactions with a consistent focus on service quality.
• Background in insurance, life insurance, claims support, or payment processing is preferred.
Compensation
