Non-IT Project Manager, 3 Senior
Responsibilities:
• Lead one large initiative or several smaller assignments from discovery and planning through delivery and rollout across business units.
• Build and organize project teams by defining responsibilities, identifying needed resources, and aligning contributors to key milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress against targets, and address risks or obstacles that may affect delivery.
• Oversee project scope, evaluate requested changes, and escalate issues when adjustments affect timing, cost, or expected outcomes.
• Provide consistent status reporting to stakeholders and leadership on completed work, upcoming activities, budget position, and overall health of the project.
• Facilitate team meetings and working sessions to drive decisions, clarify priorities, and keep participants informed on next steps.
• Apply established project management practices and tools to support efficient execution and high-quality results.
• Design practical project structures and workflows that support cost-conscious operations and effective coordination.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve execution, and enhance collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably supporting business operations or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project planning or project tracking tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management through clear verbal and written updates.
• Experience leading meetings, coordinating diverse groups, and managing multiple priorities at the same time.
• Strong skills in planning, negotiation, interviewing, problem-solving, and organizing work across project teams.
• Knowledge of budget tracking, quality oversight, resource planning, and deadline management.
• Project management certification is preferred.
Compensation
