Technology Digital Manufacturing Leader | Chief of Staff
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end project effort from early discovery through implementation planning and execution for new software solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, automation teams, IT partners, and senior leadership to align priorities and define project scope.
• Drive the evaluation and selection of software providers and implementation partners, including management of RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities.
• Gather, organize, and refine business and technical requirements to support solution design and informed decision-making.
• Serve as the primary link between technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate vendor engagement, project meetings, and executive updates while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Support the development of a demo lab environment to assess capabilities related to unified named space, digital twin, and computer vision technologies.
• Create rollout strategies, resource plans, and quality-focused delivery approaches to support expansion across multiple facilities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and recommend practical adjustments to keep implementation objectives on track.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing software development or enterprise technology implementation projects in complex business environments.• Strong background leading vendor selection initiatives, including RFP, RFI, RFQ, proposal review, and partner evaluation.
• Working knowledge of digital technologies such as unified named space, digital twin platforms, computer vision, or related industrial solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional business partners.
• Demonstrated skill in requirements definition, project planning, resource coordination, and meeting facilitation.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, digital operations, and broader connected technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive decisions and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
Compensation
