HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day recruiting activities by preparing job advertisements, reviewing applicants, and arranging interviews with hiring teams.
• Coordinate the onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation scheduling and completion of required employment documentation.
• Manage benefits-related administration and provide support to employees during annual enrollment periods and routine coverage changes.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR information within internal systems, ensuring records are current and properly documented.
• Monitor HR practices for alignment with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations and assist with related documentation.
• Support performance review activities by tracking timelines, preparing materials, and maintaining organized records for management.
• Contribute to employee learning efforts by helping schedule and support training and development programs.
• Work closely with supervisors and leaders to encourage a respectful, engaged, and productive workplace environment.
• Oversee employee separation tasks, including offboarding coordination and exit interview administration.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting multiple human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Familiarity with employee relations practices and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and standard office software to manage records and workflow efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting effectively with employees, leaders, and candidates.
• Ability to support training, performance management, and general HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
