Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential candidates through online sourcing tools, databases, networking, referrals, media outreach, and direct contact methods.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess employment background, education, training, and overall fit for open roles.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employment documentation, ensuring records are organized and up to date.
• Communicate job details, workplace information, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective applicants.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand position requirements and develop effective candidate search strategies.
• Track applicant activity and manage recruitment workflows using standard office software and hiring systems such as Workday.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating outreach, screening efforts, and follow-up communication with candidates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent related training is required.• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related HR function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal partners.
• Working knowledge of hiring practices, employment-related policies, and basic recruiting procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and database-driven recruiting tools.
• Customer service mindset with solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
