Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with professionalism, clarity, and a service-focused approach.
• Enter and update orders accurately, ensuring customer information, product details, and related records are complete and correct.
• Support customers with questions, order status updates, and issue resolution through both inbound and outbound communication.
• Maintain careful attention to detail when handling account information, documentation, and service requests.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while remaining calm and effective under pressure.
• Work closely with team members to provide consistent service and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment.
• Learn company procedures, products, and service expectations quickly in order to become productive in the role.
• Assist with follow-up activities and process-related tasks as needed to help the team meet customer and operational goals.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a courteous and detail-focused approach.
• Strong order entry and data accuracy skills with close attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in stressful or high-volume situations without losing focus.
• Quick learning ability and willingness to adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
• Outgoing, friendly communication style and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Compensation
