HR Recruiter
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join an organization in Midway, Georgia on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position will lead recruiting efforts across the hiring process, from talent sourcing through offer coordination, while partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract strong candidates. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, effective interview management, and consistent use of applicant tracking systems to keep hiring activity organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, ensuring each stage of the hiring process is completed efficiently and professionally.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies for open roles.
• Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing methods, job postings, and pipeline development initiatives.
• Screen applicants, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews to advance candidates who align with position requirements and company needs.
• Conduct interviews and support the selection process by gathering feedback, assessing fit, and helping drive informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition updates, and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates, schedule next steps, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination to help transition selected candidates into employment smoothly.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruiting in a corporate or business environment.• Proven ability to source candidates effectively across multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications against business needs.
• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices, including screening, scheduling, and offer-stage coordination.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Compensation
