Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the scheduling and publication of unpaid social posts across global platforms using social media management software such as Sprout Social or comparable tools.
• Track activity across social channels, respond to audience engagement in a timely manner, and route customer-related matters to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Organize editorial calendars and align campaign timing, messaging, and creative assets with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Contribute to influencer initiatives by helping coordinate deliverables, communications, and campaign execution.
• Assist with paid social efforts by supporting launch activities, monitoring progress, and helping maintain campaign organization.
• Compile and interpret social performance data to provide clear reporting and actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
• Help maintain consistency in brand voice and content quality across multiple social media channels and campaign touchpoints.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing within a brand, agency, or similar environment.• Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or related tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage content planning, social publishing, and campaign coordination across digital channels.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience engaging online communities and addressing or escalating inbound social inquiries appropriately.
• Familiarity with social analytics, campaign reporting, and using performance data to inform recommendations.
• Background in influencer marketing, paid social, or work supporting multi-brand or global organizations is advantageous.
Compensation
