  • Support client onboarding, vendor coordination, system/process changes, workflow improvements, and other operational initiatives.
  • Help identify gaps in communication, documentation, processes, or handoffs and assist with improving repeatable workflows.
  • Maintain organized documentation, including project plans, status updates, process notes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalation when timelines, deliverables, or expectations are at risk.
  • Ensure stakeholders stay aligned on project scope, timing, next steps, and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, client service, account management, administration, vendor coordination, or a related professional office role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable tracking action items, documenting next steps, and keeping stakeholders accountable.
  • Ability to ask good questions, identify issues, and help move projects toward completion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience in a service-based, administrative, healthcare, insurance, employee services, financial services, or compliance-driven environment is helpful.
  • Prior experience supporting client implementations, vendor projects, operational workflows, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
