Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join a litigation practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is suited for a legal specialist who can take ownership of assigned matters, produce high-quality written work, and support cases through each stage of the litigation process. The attorney will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties while helping move matters efficiently toward resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Handle assigned litigation matters from initial case assessment through settlement, dismissal, or trial with appropriate oversight
• Prepare well-supported pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda using thorough case law and statutory research
• Develop, serve, and answer written discovery while ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines and case strategy
• Appear for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court-related proceedings as needed
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and internal team members regarding case progress
• Contribute to trial readiness by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, drafting pretrial materials, and assisting during proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in the applicable jurisdiction and current good standing
• At least 2 years of experience practicing in litigation, with stronger consideration for candidates with 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, and other persuasive legal documents
• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, including discovery practice and case management
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or comparable platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
• Background in personal injury, civil litigation, or criminal law is valued

Compensation

$125,000.00-$175,000.00 Yearly
