Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives that bring together multiple teams and business priorities through an acquisition. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can provide structure, drive accountability, and keep projects moving from planning through execution. The role requires strong leadership across cross-functional environments, with a focus on organized delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adaptable project methods.
Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery activities while maintaining timelines, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams to ensure goals, dependencies, and responsibilities remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project governance practices, monitor progress, and communicate updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate effective delivery practices to meet business objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and resource needs while addressing obstacles that may affect successful completion.
• Drive acquisition integration efforts by organizing tasks, aligning participating groups, and supporting smooth implementation across functions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reporting, and action plans to promote transparency and informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of proven experience managing projects in structured, formal project management environments.
• PMP certification or a comparable recognized project management credential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives involving multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting acquisition integration or other large-scale business coordination efforts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to track project risks, drive follow-through, and maintain momentum across complex workstreams.
• Understanding of technology industry preferred
