HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and organize standard operating procedures to improve consistency across HR activities.
• Partner with HR business partners and internal departments to gather information, clarify workflows, and document processes that may not yet be fully defined.
• Perform routine and ad hoc audits of HR records and data to help maintain accuracy, compliance, and reporting readiness.
• Prepare and distribute high-volume employee communications and letters using tools such as DocuSign, SharePoint, and file upload processes.
• Create, revise, and maintain presentations and supporting materials in PowerPoint for HR initiatives and internal communication.
• Manage multiple priorities at once while meeting deadlines in a fully onsite, fast-paced work setting.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information, HR documentation, and sensitive business matters.
• Provide responsive and attentive support to employees, leaders, and internal stakeholders with a strong service mindset.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a broad HR support role.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Experience documenting procedures, maintaining organized records, and supporting process improvement efforts.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, employee onboarding activities, and benefits-related administrative tasks.
• Experience using DocuSign, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office 365 in a business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work with discretion, protect confidential information, and build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
Compensation
