Workplace Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage entry activity to keep lobby traffic organized and ensure guests are directed appropriately.
• Receive packages and incoming deliveries, then communicate promptly with the appropriate team members for pickup or follow-up.
• Issue and track access badges while coordinating with internal teams through Slack to support badge setup and activation.
• Provide hands-on assistance for office events and employee gatherings, including attendee check-in and distribution of event materials such as wristbands.
• Partner with onsite colleagues to anticipate workplace needs, prepare for upcoming activities, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to company programs and engagement events by supporting logistics, attendance flow, and onsite coordination.
• Handle inbound inquiries at the front desk or office entrance in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Use quieter periods to complete light administrative tasks, organizing projects, and general office upkeep that improves the overall workplace experience.
Qualifications:
• Experience in workplace coordination, front desk support, office services, or a similar customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to manage guest interactions, visitor flow, and inbound communications with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with coordinating schedules, dispatching requests, and supporting multiple priorities in a busy office setting.
• Comfortable using Slack and other workplace communication tools to coordinate tasks and share updates quickly.
• Background in event support, employee engagement activities, or onsite hospitality-related responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive throughout the day.
• Capable of handling routine administrative support, including light office projects and general operational assistance.
• Exposure to payroll-related processes or full cycle payroll support is a plus.
Compensation
