HR Coordinator
About the Role
A growing East Bay organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain employee records and HRIS databases
- Support recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
- Process personnel changes and employment documentation
- Track compliance-related training and certifications
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records
- Assist with special HR projects and company initiatives
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR, administrative, or office support experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, Workday, or UKG preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Compensation
