About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts across a variety of non-technical positions, including administrative, customer service, operations, HR, and professional services roles. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer support, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify top talent.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintain candidate pipelines, and provide hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting non-technical or professional-level positions.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire hiring process in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
