Staff Accountant

Responsibilities May Include:

• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close
• Supporting financial statement preparation and reporting
• Reviewing account activity and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience in accounting, general ledger, reconciliations, and close processes
• Knowledge of accounting controls and financial procedures
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with Excel and accounting software; familiarity with Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, PowerBI, QuickBooks, SAP, SQL, or Workday is a plus
