Job Description:

We are hiring an Entry Level Talent Associate to support recruiting, candidate outreach, and talent operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in human resources or staffing to build foundational experience in sourcing and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling
• Post jobs and maintain applicant tracking system records
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding coordination and recruiting administration
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams on talent needs

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Internship or administrative experience in HR, recruiting, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus
