What You'll Do:

• Investigate potential fraud cases and suspicious activity, gathering and analyzing information to determine next steps.
• Monitor transactions, trends, and account activity to identify irregularities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve fraud-related matters efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports, document findings, and maintain accurate case records.
• Recommend process improvements and fraud prevention strategies to strengthen internal controls.
• Stay current on emerging fraud trends, risks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Important Location Requirement:

Candidates MUST reside within a 1.5-hour driving distance of Harrisburg, PA. This requirement is essential to ensure accessibility to the office and team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, banking, financial services, investigations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
